The selection process includes one or more interviews, which, in some cases, take place online.

SalesPeople plans and delivers structured interviews that aim to assess, validate and delve into the candidates’ overall level, establishing whether they have the necessary skills for the position that is being recruited.

Among the interview techniques used are BI (Behavioral Interview) and STAR (Situation / Task / Actions / Results).

Given the insights that these types of interviews offer in terms of behavior and decision-making analysis in different professional situations, they are also particularly suitable for evaluating a candidate’s potential.

Candidate introduction and onboarding

Our candidate introduction and onboarding service is design to facilitate the first meeting between candidates and the businesses that welcome them.

By valuing the individuality of people and the characteristics of company structures, we are able to highlight the most likely points of contact that can help a candidate enter established structures smoothly.

To this end, a presentation report is drawn up for each candidate, whether selected or assessed by us, which includes all the elements that can facilitate onboarding.

These elements are changeable because both people and the companies that will welcome them can vary: this is why the report is based on the evidence emerged in the starting phases of the selection or assessment process.

The aspects to be investigated with particular attention are always agreed with the client at the beginning of the search process and, consequently, the reports are enriched and customized with specific items and contents.

If requested, SalesPeople can guide candidates for the duration of their induction phase and trial period: in this way, candidates can receive valuable support during a delicate phase of their professional life, while companies can minimize the possibility of the pre-existing structure not fully welcoming new recruits.
